Rogue Round Table takes on Kansas City's unsolved community problems and acts immediately. Change takes time to move through any system. Communities don't have to wait. Our current initiative: clearing school lunch debt in KC-area schools. We won't stop there.
The real numbers: Missouri & Kansas
100% of donations go directly to clearing debt
Our Mission
Rogue Round Table was built on one belief: when our community has an unsolved problem, we act immediately. Real change takes time to move through any system — even when the will is there, processes and procedures slow everything down. Communities don't have that constraint. We organize, raise money, and act ourselves.
Our first initiative is school lunch debt. When a family falls behind on meal payments, the debt follows the child. Some districts hand kids a cold cheese sandwich instead of a hot lunch. Schools drain education funds to cover the losses. We clear it directly, school by school.
School lunch debt is where we started. It's not where we stop. As we grow, we take on the next problem KC needs us to tackle, and the one after that.

What We Do
We don't just talk about the problem. We raise money, engage the community, and make direct change in KC-area schools.
We raise funds through trivia nights, campaigns, and community events, then pay off lunch debt directly to schools. The kids never know who paid. They just get to eat.
Clearing debt treats the symptom. We also work to change the policies that created it, because no child should owe money for a school lunch in the first place.
We host events, run campaigns, and build local partnerships. When Kansas City shows up together, we can solve this, school by school, family by family.
Our Wins
Every school below has zero lunch debt today because KC showed up.
Our first win. March Madness Trivia Night at Becks Place in Overland Park brought KC together, and 100% of proceeds went directly to clearing lunch debt at Apache Elementary in the Shawnee Mission School District.
Boots, Buckles & Brainpower Trivia Night at MO Country brought the community out and raised $500 that went directly to students in the Grain Valley School District. Thank you MO Country for hosting.
Rogue Round Table visited Hazel Grove and Underwood Elementary in the Lee's Summit School District and paid all outstanding school lunch debt. Every student, zero balance.
Schools can apply for support, no complicated process, just a conversation. Let's get your students' debt cleared.
How We're Built
Rogue Round Table tackles community problems in focused campaigns, one initiative at a time. When we finish one, we move to the next. Here's where we stand.
We raise funds through trivia nights, campaigns, and community events, then clear outstanding lunch debt directly with Kansas City-area schools. Every child gets to eat.
Kansas City is full of nonprofits doing good work without enough resources. As we grow, we'll partner with and amplify other local nonprofits — lending our fundraising model, events, and community reach to causes that need a boost.
KC has environmental gaps that need community attention. We're building toward community-led recycling programs and environmental clean-up initiatives, where neighbors own the solution and act together.
We're a community-driven organization. Future initiatives are shaped by what KC actually needs, not what's on some board agenda. Have an idea? Tell us.

Rogue Round Table was founded in 2024 in Kansas City with one mission: take care of our community's problems ourselves, right now, because communities moving together don't have to wait on any timeline.
Our philosophy is simple: if we see a problem and we have the ability to fix it, we fix it. School lunch debt was the first problem we tackled. We won't stop until every Kansas City school is debt-free.
We're growing. Future initiatives include support for other local nonprofits, environmental and recycling missions, and anything else the Kansas City community needs us to address.
Our Board
Our philosophy: Change takes time to move through any system — even when the will is there. Communities taking care of each other don't have to wait on that timeline. We see a need, we organize, we raise money, we act. That's what it means to go rogue, and it's working.
